So glad we choose it, it's convenient base for staying in Charlotte.

Everything was great and appreciated my stay there.

This hotel met the demands! Thank you all for a pleasant stay within five minutes of the designated time. The staff was attentive, accommodating, and responded promptly to requests. We got room with comfortable decor and a fairly clean bathroom to relax.

Loved the stay, it was very very good for the time to pass by. Came in Charlotte to relax and have fun, this neighboring hotel was brilliant place for doing it.

Well, no breakfast.

Will be back, no complains at all, loved our stay. It's decent base for sightseeing and exploring Charlotte.

This fairly clean hotel has a nice lobby. Good hot breakfast with lots of hot/cold dishes.

The hotel was a useful base for enjoying a fairly nice area, really close to the airport, the bushes and all stores less then a mile renter car gas station right down block.

I'm so glad that mobility accessible room I booked was available. The staff was accommodating, the beds were comfortable. Magnificent location in Charlotte, just off the airport and the tram and the highway. Very good experience there.

The venue was clean and fairly large. The continental breakfast was warm, the staff was excellent. Gorgeous building and rooms with convenient decoration. Set very close to downtown and the airport and the highway and the airport in the nice area...

Continental breakfast was abundant and the staff were apologetic. There were all stores and shops around the hotel. The swimming pool was perfect for us too. Unbeatable location, great prices.

Its creative hotel, we loved executive king rooms and super location. Wonderful view of lake. Very lovely stay in this property.

The rooms were exceptional, the pool was clean, enchanting place. The breakfast had lots of options and included coffee, hot waffles, sausages, eggs and cereal. Picturesque view, a large balcony, incredible bed, too. The staff were more than helpful and especially gorgeous. Found in the very nice area, the hotel offered great prices.

A cozy base for exploring Charlotte. Helpful staff who provided a restful stay. Plenty of so delicious food at breakfast time. Found in a beautiful area. 0.5 miles from the airport.

The bathroom I had was too small.

The whole experience was good. Comfortable place for 3 nights in Charlotte, stunningly beautiful hotel. It was a very fresh and non-smoking room. We loved the decent location in the fairly quiet area.

Elegant decor, the staff were more than helpful. Nice bedroom and amazing beds. The continental breakfast was tasty, room was reasonably clean. I was pleased with excellent service too. Hotel was basic, I liked it.

I liked the easy location, the brand-new room and cheerful staff. There were fresh muffins, cereal, eggs, sausages and hot waffles in the morning. Restaurant in hotel was pleasant and the pool area was heated.

I loved my stay at this appealing hotel, well kept rooms. Food was delicious with lots of options. Absolutely perfect location, 15 minutes' walk to The Sleepy Poet Antiques Mall. Service was outstanding too. Had a VERY ENJOYABLE time.

Actually everything was fine, my next choice again in Charlotte. Staff was polite, rooms are new-fashioned, and I loved ideal location. Such big suite and comfortable enough bed. Plenty of food, which was really good to satisfy everyone The cool drinks in lounge bar were very welcome.

Attractive and competitive value for money, friendly staff and comfortable rooms. It's a few steps away from Bankers Raw Bar with nice drinks and cocktails...
